This statement covers gigaimpactsolutions.com and the way we handle information you share with us. We have kept it short and readable rather than padding it with boilerplate. It is provided for transparency and is intended to be reviewed and finalised with qualified counsel before launch, so wording may change.

Who we are

Giga Impact Solutions AS (trading as Giga Impact Solutions) is Nick Catania’s independent advisory and consulting practice. We help expertise-led B2B companies make complexity buyable — building clearer offers, proof systems, partnership leverage, and AI-enabled workflows. Giga Impact Solutions AS is the data controller for the information described here. (Registered organisation number and address to be added before launch.) If you have a question about anything on this page, email Email Nick.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you well. In practice that is:

  • Booking a diagnostic. When you book a call through the scheduler, you provide details such as your name, email address, and any context you choose to share. We use this only to prepare for the conversation. Booking is handled by Calendly (see the processors below).
  • Email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include. A short summary of your company and the constraint you are working on is enough to start.
  • Analytics. We do not currently run any analytics tool on this site. If we add a privacy-respecting one in future, we will name it here and describe what it collects (see Cookies).

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we would rather you did not include confidential or commercially sensitive material in a first message. A short summary is enough to start.

How we use information

We use the information you give us to respond to enquiries and scope potential work. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors listed below, who handle it on our behalf so the site can function.

Third-party tools we use

Like most small advisory sites, we rely on a few trusted services rather than building everything ourselves. Each handles a specific job, and each has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review:

  • Calendly — used for booking diagnostic calls. When you schedule time, the details you enter are processed by Calendly to confirm the meeting. It loads only on the diagnostic page. See calendly.com.
  • Email. Direct email reaches us through our standard email provider. We do not run a newsletter, marketing, or analytics platform at this time.

We choose processors that are widely used and security-conscious, and we keep the list deliberately short. If we add or change a processor, we will update this page.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing, analytics, or advertising cookies. There is no tracking and no newsletter platform — most pages load nothing from third parties at all.

The one exception, named plainly: the Calendly scheduling widget. It loads on the diagnostic page, and when you click a “Book” button (which opens the scheduler in a pop-up) — never before you ask to book. As a third-party service it may set its own cookies once loaded — see Calendly in the processors list above. If you would rather not load it, email us instead.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as it serves the purpose you shared it for — to hold a conversation and scope potential work. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, email Email Nick and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law; we aim to honour those in good faith.

Security

We take reasonable, proportionate steps to protect the information you share, including relying on established processors for storage and transmission. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we encourage you not to send confidential commercial material until we have agreed how to handle it.

Advisory disclaimer

For decisions with legal, financial, or regulatory consequences, please consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

“We would rather under-claim and over-deliver. This page is written in the same spirit as the work: clear before clever.” — Giga Impact Solutions
